Ever since I have read the 5 AM club book, I tried to target my day with a 5:30 alarm and was very consistent at …. failing.

I was a very loyal member of “get up 10 minutes before I have to go to work” club.

It was very frustrating and dark winter mornings were not helping. I was giving up and felt like a failure for not being able to achieve the such a simple goal as waking up at 6 am, let alone 5 am.

Being absolutely devastated by this fact I shared my concerns with a friend, who miraculously happened to be a member of a bulletproof morning session and never told me about it before, imagine?!

About Your Coach

Hey, I’m Linno.

I’m a tech professional turned podcaster, entrepreneur, life coach, and author. My book, “The Mindful Morning Method,” is a unique guide that offers you a transformative journey by helping you build healthy habits and master your five energies (spiritual, mental, physical, emotional, and business).

My professional journey began in the tech world, where I enjoy a successful career. However, I realised my true mission lay in helping others unlock their potential.

My personal transformation journey began in 2018 in London. Even though most parts of my life were going great, my relationship was a mess. I found myself stuck in a pattern of staying with women who weren’t right for me, a habit that signalled something needed to change. This realisation was the catalyst for my journey towards self-discovery and personal growth.

I decided it was time to shake things up and change myself for the better. I started by turning down invitations to parties, jobs that didn’t excite me, and relationships that didn’t match my vision for the future. I made a conscious effort to say a big “no” to anything that didn’t contribute to the life I wanted to create.

I was committed to “killing” my old self and bringing out my best version, so I made some significant investments in my personal growth.

I got coaching from the Bob Proctor and Sandy Gallagher Institute through one of their top consultants in the UK, was mentored by Les Brown, one of the best motivational speaker, and trained to become a life coach myself.

Today, I’m dedicated to helping and motivating people to break free from self-sabotaging habits, build confidence and genuine connections, and reach their goals. My approach is about being practical, real, and honest, ensuring that every step we take together works. I’m here to back you up on your personal growth and self-improvement journey.
