As Albert Einstein famously said,

‘Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results.’

This quote resonated with me during a difficult time in my life when I was going through a breakup with a woman I thought was ‘the one.’

I realised that I had a pattern of getting into relationships with the wrong people and not choosing the ones I truly wanted.

If I don’t overcome this, I will spend my entire life being chosen by people, and careers that I don’t want instead of choosing the people I do want and living the way I want.

This pattern was not limited to my love life but was affecting all areas of my life, including my career, social skills, decision-making, and confidence.

I knew that I needed to make a change if I wanted to create the life I truly desired.
