Ever since I have read the 5 AM club book, I tried to target my day with a 5:30 alarm and was very consistent at …. failing.I was a very loyal member of “get up 10 minutes before I have to go to work” club.It was very frustrating and dark winter mornings were not helping. I was giving up and felt like a failure for not being able to achieve the such a simple goal as waking up at 6 am, let alone 5 am.
Being absolutely devastated by this fact I shared my concerns with a friend, who miraculously happened to be a member of a bulletproof morning session and never told me about it before, imagine?!It changed everything.Bulletproof mornings gave me structure, community and something to look forward to every day.
Every morning was different, it could be a mediation, it could be a discussion, it could be a task that would make me question some of my habits, replace bad ones with good ones, set my intentions for the day, learn to be grateful for small things in life and make me feel good about it.
