I made the decision to become my own first client and embark on a journey of self-improvement.
I wanted to become bolder, a better communicator, more charismatic, and ultimately, more confident in going after what I wanted instead of settling for what was just fine.
I wanted to understand where I was coming from, how those habits were installed in me and ultimately reprogram my mind with great thinking, feeling and behaving habits.
This journey led me to create The Bullet Proof Morning, a system of habits and practices that have helped me and others transform their lives and achieve their goals.
