Ever since I have read the 5 AM club book, I tried to target my day with a 5:30 alarm and was very consistent at …. failing.I was a very loyal member of “get up 10 minutes before I have to go to work” club.
It was very frustrating and dark winter mornings were not helping. I was giving up and felt like a failure for not being able to achieve the such a simple goal as waking up at 6 am, let alone 5 am.
Being absolutely devastated by this fact I shared my concerns with a friend, who miraculously happened to be a member of a bulletproof morning session and never told me about it before, imagine?!
